Return Policy

• All products must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, pet supplies, party supplies, craft supplies, beauty tools, jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products marked as non-returnable (including some promotional products) and free products will not be returned or exchanged.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that KiyomiBeautyLand cannot accept freight costs for any returned merchandise.
